About

luxy’s haus (The Haus) is an interdisciplinary ethereal institution incorporating the radical expressions of social change through fashion publishing, beauty and fragrance. The intention behind the company is to provide media content, products, services and community engagement invoking somatic healing for marginalized communities. Currently, the art mediums offered are a fashion art book, archived fashion magazines and herbal fragrances with a second fashion book installment underway.

Fashion With More Color.

The Haus was initially a socially responsible fashion publication incorporating the ideas of community empowerment and inclusion. Over the course of two years, The Haus (formally Luxy Haus Magazine) published eight (8) fashion magazines on a quarterly basis. Its mission was to showcase the radiance of the Black community while simultaneously highlighting fashion creatives of color including photographers, designers, makeup artists, models, and stylists. Its accomplishments include developing collaborative expressions of culture, redefining views on socio-economics within fashion by incorporating significant, accountable literacy, and promoting fellowship by creating supportive communal conversations promoting unity and recovery.

In my haus, it’s always story time.

With its past accomplishments, The Haus has evolved into an all-encompassing institution (now including beauty in its business structure) continuing its values from an art publishing structure opposed to magazine and news media. Today, The Haus currently has one art book (who will protect me?) along with a fragrance line (curated conjure). The three pillars of the current business’ strategy focuses on the somatic healing of Black American cis-women through chakra alignment.

Dressing myself in a cloak of expression, creatively in God’s name, to develop sacred community.

Smell the Book!

With intentions to somatically heal the auric body, curated conjure is an aromatherapy beauty initiative carefully curated based on the spiritual properties of each root, herb and flower.
